i lost another 1.5 pounds from yesterday (:
what i ate today:
15 grapes
um yeah that’s it. i felt sick from starving myself so much so i figured out a great plan. when i feel sick and dizzy, i fill up a water bottle and take a huge sip. then i eat a grape, take a sip, eat a grape, take a sip, and so on until the bottle is empty. it works great!
so Thanksgiving is coming up and i have a huge sweet tooth meaning that i’m gonna want to eat. i made a little deal with myself, if i weigh 125 lbs. by Thanksgiving then i’ll eat whatever i want at my aunty’s house but if i weigh more than that, then i’ll only eat salad and a sliver of pumpkin pie.
i’m probably not going to post any thinspo tonight because i currently have a shit ton of homework to do. i’m so behind in school…as usual. i also have to see my psychiatrist today but i posted a ton of pictures yesterday so you guys should be fine haha.
