What i ate today..

2 slices of white toast w/ organic peanut butter

1 banana

vegetable stir-fry: broccoli, red bell peppers, carrots, onions, tofu, brown rice

um so i’m really mad at myself for eating the white bread. it’s so unhealthy. i usually eat whole wheat and i should’ve only ate 1 instead of 2 but oh well. tomorrow’s a new day.

btw have any of you heard of the drink Clear? it’s fucking awesome. basically it’s flavored carbonated water. it comes in a huge bottle at Safeway in an assortment of different flavors (apple cider is the best!) and the great thing about it is that it’s very flavorful yet it has 0 calories, fat, sugar, etc. could it get any better?

so i really want to lose a lot of weight by Christmas. i’ve always wanted to be thinner for Christmas. maybe this year it might actually happen.
