I TOTALLY FUCKED UP.
ahaha i’m definitely not doing a weigh in today. um it’s only 3:35 PM right now but i don’t plan on eating anything else so here’s what i ate today..
tall decaf iced coffee w/ soy milk and no sugar vanilla syrup
1 slice of reduced fat coffee cake
less than half a plate of vegetable curry
yeah i suckk.

okay so i want to start purging but i have this phobia of throwing up!! like my heart starts beating super fast and i get scared so can somebody give me some tips on how to do it fast and easy and how to calm my nerves?

what i ate today:

um yeah that’s it. i felt sick from starving myself so much so i figured out a great plan. when i feel sick and dizzy, i fill up a water bottle and take a huge sip. then i eat a grape, take a sip, eat a grape, take a sip, and so on until the bottle is empty. it works great!

i guess it wasn’t that bad though. the scone was super tiny and probably had like 150 calories at the most and the cookie was really thin and it probably had 75 calories.

um so i’m really mad at myself for eating the white bread. it’s so unhealthy. i usually eat whole wheat and i should’ve only ate 1 instead of 2 but oh well. tomorrow’s a new day.
